📊 Bitcoin Shows Early Bottoming Signals, but Confirmation Is Still Missing

Bitcoin may be showing the first signs of forming a market bottom, but analysts believe confirmation is still lacking. While several on-chain indicators suggest selling pressure is easing, the broader market has yet to produce the momentum needed to validate a sustained trend reversal.

One of the most notable signals is that long-term holders are currently realizing losses of around $280 million per day, the highest level since December 2022. Historically, heavy losses among long-term investors have often occurred near major market bottoms, as weaker hands exit before stronger accumulation phases begin. However, history alone does not guarantee an immediate recovery.

Adding to the mixed outlook, July has historically been a bullish month for Bitcoin, yet CryptoQuant’s Bull Score remains at just 20, indicating that overall market strength is still weak. This suggests sentiment has not fully recovered, and investors may need to see stronger demand, improving liquidity, or a decisive breakout before calling a confirmed bottom.

For the crypto market, the current setup is cautiously constructive for $BTC. If Bitcoin successfully confirms a bottom, it could become the catalyst for a broader recovery across digital assets. Until then, volatility is likely to remain elevated as traders wait for clearer direction.

Beyond $BTC, large-cap assets such as $ETH, $SOL, $XRP, $BNB, $ADA, and $LTC will likely continue following Bitcoin’s direction. Meanwhile, higher-beta projects including $SEI, $KAS, $TIA, $EIGEN, $ENA, and $ZRO could see stronger upside if confidence returns and capital rotates back into altcoins.
