On one hand, it's hard not to question the excitement around Robinhood’s chain being built on Arbitrum—an Ethereum L2 that doesn't directly drive value back to ETH itself.
On the other hand, setting that debate aside, there are several reasons to believe Ethereum may finally be entering a period where it has a genuine opportunity to outperform Bitcoin over the next 12–24 months.
