What caught my attention is the sequence. Institutions usually move first because they need years to build custody, compliance, and risk frameworks. Once that infrastructure exists, sovereigns and individuals can adopt much faster. I think the market is still too focused on ETF inflows while quietly ignoring the bigger shift Bitcoin is increasingly being discussed as a reserve asset, not just an investment asset. That’s a very different narrative.
