$ETH $BTC — full circle again. Held a week, blinked, nearly got rekt. Small bags saved me this time.
Truth is: I'm not built for long holds. Past 48hrs my head games start — won't cut losses, keep adding, start scripting fantasy price targets in my mind.
Pump or dump, I freeze either way.
Lesson learned: day trades only from here. No more bags held overnight.
